Community members can register with our Volunteer Support Service to express your interest in available volunteer opportunities.
Community groups/organisations can register available volunteer positions with us and access free Volunteer Management Resources.

Volunteer Service Officer:
The Community Volunteer Service is provided by Centacare Family Services and funded by the State Government through the Department of Communities. Centacare Volunteer Service is also funded by the Federal Government through the Department of Social Services. The Service was established in 1993 and currently has over 100 positions at over 80 different agencies. CVS is part of a State wide network of 26 other Volunteer Resource Centres, promoting the benefits and increasing the awareness and opportunities of volunteering throughout the community.
