The Men's Hub
OVERVIEW
The Men’s Hub is a central place for men who are marginalised or disadvantaged within society to come together and be a part of health and wellbeing programs, activities, and to create social connections with like-minded people.
WHAT THIS SERVICE CAN PROVIDE
- Information, advise, and referrals
- Workshops and group education sessions
- Counselling and case management
- Links to emergency relief services
- Literacy tutoring (Hub Cap)
WHO THIS IS TYPICALLY FOR
- Men who are maginalised and/or disadvantaged within society due to a range of factors such as:
- Financial crisis or poverty
- Low or no education
- Mental health conditions
- Disabilities
- Recent release from custody
- Homelessness
