Where are your offices located?
Centacare has multiple offices in Geraldton, as well as satellite offices in Carnarvon, Exmouth, and Mount Magnet. We also offer regular visits to other communities including Dongara, Kalbarri, and Mingenew.

Can services be offered remotely?
Some of our services can be offered by telephone or video conferencing. Please speak to a member of our team to find out more.

How long is a counselling session?
Generally, each counselling session lasts 1 hour.

Do you provide a culturally appropriate service?
Centacare aims to provide a respectful and culturally sensitive service and interpreters are available on request.

Is this service private and confidential?
Centacare is committed to ensuring that your information is protected and managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, which sets out the standards for the way in which personal information must be handled. View our Privacy Policy 

Are staff qualified?
All our staff interacting with clients are qualified for their job role. They receive ongoing professional development, supervision and meet the requirements of the Family Law Act where applicable.

How do I provide feedback?
Centacare prides itself on providing high quality services. Your comments assist us in maintaining or improving that level of quality and fully meeting the needs of our clients. Recording your feedback is one of the best ways to help us understand what we do well and where we can improve.

If you have a suggestion, compliment or complaint, please complete the Feedback form available at Reception. Alternatively, you may also wish to write or speak to the Manager.

Is there a fee?
Centacare’s fees vary according to service offered. Financial difficulties should not be a barrier to using our services, so please speak with a member of our team to discuss payment options.

Are there child minding facilities?
No, Centacare does not have child-minding facilities.  Please make prior arrangements for children in your care, as they are unable to be left in the Reception area or go into the appointment with you.
